Fallout Flags: Great Lakes Federation (NON-CANON)

Made this flag for my friend THE-ARTIST-64. They are the leading political faction in the remnants of the Midwest Commonwealth.

I used the state flag of Indianapolis, but modified with only six stars. The five outer stars represent the states of the Federation and former Commonwealth: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois and Indiana. The central star represents the unity of the region. The torch is a symbol of freedom and liberty, and staying to classic american values from prewar.
